The agreement includes rental, purchase, Revenue Share, OSP Programmes and Profit Share options. Minibar selections for CHOICE are Primo, Peltier, Compact and Designer models. In addition the agreement contains indicator system (indicator lock or door-alert-system) that (automatically) informs hotel staff whether a minibar has been used. This will significantly reduce the workload to operate the minibars. Combining it with a Minibar Control System (MCS) this will enable hotel management to automatically control and manage the minibar operations, reducing losses and costs and increasing profits.

Choice Hotels Scandinavia ASA was established as a company in Norway 1990, with exclusive franchise rights for Norway according to an agreement with Choice Hotels International.
In 1994, a 20-year Master Franchise agreement between Choice Hotels AS and Choice Hotels International was signed. The agreement gives the company exclusive rights to market the brands Comfort, Quality and Clarion in Scandinavia, as well as access to the chain's international distribution and reservation systems.
